HOW TO ENTER
1 To be eligible to enter, you must be over the age of 18 years or approved by parent or guardian to enter online entries.
2 To enter, You must first Purchase from participating stores & collect a receipt, entrants must then visit extreme-shopping.biz, register, Login and follow “lodge a receipt” to enter the competition, input the requested details including the full receipt number during the promotional period.
Entrants must upload their original Purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2 Entry is only open to New South Wales residents.
3 Employees/ agents of the promoter are ineligible to enter, Employees of participating businesses are ineligible to enter receipts from place of employment, Child under the age of 18 can enter with consent from parent or guardian.
4 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
5 Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
6 Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted for every receipt transaction and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
7 Entrants must retain their original receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly show the receipt number, and that the purchase was made during the promotional period but prior to entry.
8 If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be the person in whose name the Internet account is held.

12 If for any reason the winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will not be redeemable for cash. Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason the winner does not, once the prize has been take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
13 In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
14 If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian.

23 The Promoter reserves the right to strike off, remove, all tickets and make invalid all entries to any individual that makes fraudulent or misleading claims and by discretion of the promoter report to the Authorities any such action to determine if any legal action taken.
